Inspection Procedure 10: Menu operation is possible during driving.
| caution | Before replacing the multivision display, ensure that the power supply circuit, the earth circuit and the communication circuit are normal. |
COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
There is a failure in the wiring harness between the vehicle speed sensor and the multivision display, the respective connector(s), the vehicle speed sensor or the multivision display.
PROBABLE CAUSES
- Malfunctions of vehicle speed sensor
- Malfunctions of multivision display
- Damaged harness wires and connectors
DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Check the service data for multivision display.
Using the multivision display diagnosis mode, check if the "Vehicle Status" (Refer to 
).
Go to Step 4.

).- Perform "Vehicle Status", and then check the status of the vehicle speed signal.
Is the check result normal?
