PROCEDURE FOR MAIN BATTERY ACCEPTANCE JUDGMENT



INSPECTION PROCEDURE


If any abnormality is found after following inspections, replace the main battery.
1.Check of whether or not diagnosis code is set
2.Check of battery tray cracking and double frame (crossmember and battery tray bracket) cracking/flaw
3.Relative deformation measurement of double frame (crossmember) and body joining
4.Relative deformation measurement of double frame (battery tray bracket) and battery tray

RELATIVE DEFORMATION MEASUREMENT OF DOUBLE FRAME (CROSSMEMBER) AND MAIN BODY JOINING


Perform the measurement with using the tracking gauge, convex, or others. The indicated numbers are provided for a reference.

PROCEDURE FOR RELATIVE DEFORMATION MEASUREMENT OF DOUBLE FRAME (BATTERY TRAY BRACKET) AND BATTERY TRAY


Using the thickness gauge, measure the clearance between the battery tray and the battery tray bracket.
Standard value: 3.9mm or less
