1.Set the vehicle to the following condition.
- Operations of lighting, cooling fan, accessory parts: OFF
- Selector lever: P or N position

2.Check that the current tyre inflation pressures meet the inflation pressure label.

3.Set the vehicle on the speedometer tester.
|

4.To prevent front wheel lateral runout or vehicle sudden start, attach a chain or wire to the front and rear towing hooks and fix the other end of the chain or wire to the anchor plate. 5.Operate the ACS OFF switch to disable the ASC. 6.Carry out the speedometer test. Check whether the speedometer indication is within the standard value. Standard value (km/h):

7.After the test, use the M.U.T.-III to erase vehicle speed sensor failure-related diagnosis code, which may be set in the ASC-ECU and the EV-ECU, as necessary.
