Code No. P1B02: Quick charger current stop time-out
Code No. P1B03: Quick charger end processing time-out

QUICK CHARGING CONTROL SYSTEM CIRCUIT

The quick charger communicates with EV-ECU via the local CAN (for the quick charger).

After the quick charging approval signal is set from ON to OFF, if the charging current does not stop for 10 seconds or longer, the diagnosis code No. P1B02 will be set.
When the quick charger contactor drive relay is set to OFF, if the conditions that the quick charger power supply signal is OFF, quick charger start signal is OFF, and quick charger lock signal on the local CAN (for quick charger) is OFF are not met for 10 seconds or longer, the diagnosis code No. P1B03 will be set.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

	Go to Step 2.

	Repair the damaged connector.

Check the signal lines for short to earth or open circuit.

	Check the quick charger. Then go to Step 3.

	Repair the wiring harness.

Check again if the diagnosis code is set to the EV-ECU.

(1)Erase the stored diagnosis code.

(2)Set the electric motor switch from the "LOCK" (OFF) position to the "ON" position.

(3)Check if the diagnosis code is set.

	Return to Step 1.

	The diagnosis is complete.
