The EV-ECU receives high voltage shutdown signal from
the SRS-ECU.
DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITIONS
When the high-voltage shutdown at collision request signal
is received from the SRS-ECU, the diagnosis code P1B28 will be set.
note
When the SRS-ECU performs the high-voltage shutdown judgment, and if it judges that
a shutdown is necessary, the diagnosis code No. P1B28 is memorised and the high-voltage circuit is
shut down.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
STEP 1. Use M.U.T.-III to confirm a diagnosis code of
other systems.
Check if the diagnosis code No. B1698 is set to SRS-ECU.

Carry out troubleshooting for the diagnosis code No. B1698. (Refer to .)
Then go to Step 2.

STEP 2. Diagnosis code recheck
Check again if the diagnosis code is set to the EV-ECU.
(1)Erase the stored diagnosis code.
(2)Set the electric motor switch from the "LOCK" (OFF) position to the "ON" position.
