DIAGNOSIS CODE SET CONDITIONS
Diagnosis code No. P0AEF
If the IGBT1 temperature is kept at -41°C or less, the MCU will set the diagnosis code No. P0AEF.
Diagnosis code No. P0AF0
If the IGBT1 temperature is kept at 201°C or more, the MCU will set the diagnosis code No. P0AF0.
Diagnosis code No. P0AF4
If the IGBT1 temperature is kept at -41°C or less, the MCU will set the diagnosis code No. P0AF4.
Diagnosis code No. P0AF5
If the IGBT1 temperature is kept at 201°C or more, the MCU will set the diagnosis code No. P0AF5.

STEP 1. Diagnosis code recheck
Check again if the diagnosis code is set to the MCU.
(1)Erase the stored diagnosis code.
(2)Set the electric motor switch from the LOCK (OFF) position to the ON position.
(3)Check if the diagnosis code is set.

Replace the MCU. (Refer to .) Then go to Step 2.
The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to GROUP 00 - How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunction ).
STEP 2. Diagnosis code recheck
