1.Remove the inner cable mounting bolts (3 locations).

|
2.Remove the outer cable mounting bolts (3 locations).
|
|
|
3.Pull out the cable from the motor (electric motor unit)
|
|
1.Install each cable onto the motor (electric motor unit) at the position shown in the figure.
2.Install the outer cable mounting bolts and inner cable mounting bolts in this order and tighten them to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 7.0 ± 0.7 N·m

|
1.Completely remove the sealant adhering to the service lid and motor (electric motor unit) using a remover or others and degrease the area using a volatile degreasing agent.
|
|
|
2.Apply the sealant on the installation surface of the motor (electric motor unit) without a gap and immediately install the service lid onto the motor (electric motor unit).
Sealant: ThreeBond 1207F

After installing the part, do not apply oil or water on the sealant applied area or activate the electric motor unit until a sufficient time (1 hour or longer) has passed.
|
Tighten the service lid mounting bolts to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 4.2 ± 0.3 N·m
