Check Conditions
- During regular charging
- The on board charger control power supply voltage is more than 8 V.

Judgement Criterion
- When the input voltage is AC 100 V, the output current is more than 7.8 A.
|
|
|
- When the input voltage is AC 200 V, the output current is more than 10 A.
|
|
|
- For more than 2 seconds, the difference between the target output current
and the actual output current is more than 1 A.

|
- The EV-ECU is failed.
- The on board charger is failed.
