Code No. 32: Charging Current Limited (input voltage decrease)

TROUBLE JUDGMENT

Check Condition

The on board charger relay is turned ON.

Judgement Criterion

If the output is limited for more than 10 seconds due to the AC input voltage decrease [the AC input voltage is less than 81 V].

FAIL-SAFE AND BACKUP FUNCTION

Not available

PROBABLE CAUSES

The AC power supply (at the supply side) is abnormal.
The charging cable is failed.
The on board charger is failed.

DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE

STEP 1. M.U.T.-III diagnosis code

Charge the main battery (Refer to GROUP 00 - Precautions before service - Precautions at charging ). After charging the main battery, check the diagnosis code.

Q. Is the diagnosis code set?

	Go to Step 2 .

	Check the AC power supply usage conditions used by the users.

STEP 2. Check charging cable itself

Check charging cable itself (Refer to ).

Q. Is the check result normal?

	Check end.

	Replace the charging cable.
