CHECK THE HEATER CONDENSER TANK CAP VALVE OPENING PRESSURE.



 1.Use the following special tools.

  • Radiator cap tester (MB992193)

    • A: Tester
  • Radiator cap tester adapter set (MB992190)

    • B: Cap adapter

caution Check that a foreign material does not adhere the seal portion of the heater condenser tank cap and apply the water.
Install the heater condenser tank cap onto the special tool and check that the opening pressure stays at the standard value range.
Standard value: 14 to 44 kPa
3.If the value is not within the standard range, replace the heater condenser tank cap.

4.Install the heater condenser tank cap securely onto the lock position of the heater condenser tank until a click is heard.
