1.Remove the heater condenser tank cap.

2.Remove the front floor cover A. (Refer to GROUP 51 -
Under Cover .)
|

3.Remove the drain plug on the heater and drain the water heater fluid. 4.After the water heater fluid is completely drained, fill up water through the heater condenser tank filler port and wash out the passage for the water heater fluid. 5.Before tightening the drain plug, replace the washer ring.

|
1.Fill the water heater fluid up to the FULL mark on the heater condenser tank.
|
|
|
2.Allow the Ready indicator to illuminate.
|
|
|
3.Activate the heater.

When the heater is activated, the heater water pump assembly operates.
|
|
|
|
4.When the level in the heater condenser tank becomes low, add the fluid as necessary.
|
|
|
5.Activate the heater and check that the water heater fluid circulates throughout the heater condenser tank.
|
|
|
6.Let the pump drive for 1 minute after the heater water pump assembly is activated. (Air purge operation)
|
|
|
7.Turn OFF the electric motor switch and fill the heater condenser tank up to the FULL mark .
|

8.Install the heater condenser tank cap securely onto the lock position of the heater condenser tank until a click is heard.
|
|
|
1.Turn OFF the power switch, turn OFF the air volume adjustment dial, and set the temperature adjustment dial to the centre position.
|
|
|
2.Fill up the water heater fluid. (Heater condenser tank water level: middle)
|
|
|
3.Leave it for approx. 1 minute and add the fluid to the original level.

The second operation is unnecessary.

4.With the Ready indicator lit, press and hold the A/C switch for 5 seconds or more to drive the heater water pump assembly. (When the heater water assembly is operating, the A/C indicator flashes.) In this time, add the fluid up to the original level as necessary.

|
5.After 1 minute, press the A/C switch again to stop the heater water pump assembly.
|
|
|
6.Repeat the work in steps 2 to 5. Fill the water heater fluid up to the FULL mark on the heater condenser tank.
|
|
|
7.Fill the water heater fluid up to the FULL mark on the heater condenser tank.
|

|
8.Install the heater condenser tank cap securely onto the lock position of the heater condenser tank until a click is heard.
